Introduction to XCQ-5580 drum cutting machine:
working principle:A cutting machine designed to generate pressure through contact between rollers and blade molds, suitable for cutting and shaping entire fabrics, and can avoid the operational hazards of traditional hydraulic presses.

F. Easy to operate: Changing and calibrating the cutting die only takes 3 minutes, without the need for technical personnel.
Scope of application:
Suitable for cutting various plastics, rubber, cardboard, corrugated cardboard, leather, non-woven fabrics, fabrics, aluminum expansion nets, asbestos, hanging card packaging, and other whole sheet materials. For example, all kinds of facial mask, food baking paper, elevator packaging, etc.
Work steps:
Step 1: The operator will place the genuine products that have been coated with film in reverse onto the "cutting bottom mold" and mark the corresponding positions (assuming they are currently working in the "left placement area");
Step 2: Flatly cover the nylon cover plate at the back onto the product pallet, and then push it into the cutting machine;
Step 3: The cutting machine will automatically connect with the conveyor and complete the cutting action;
Step 4: First, place the nylon cover plate towards the back and collect the product and waste film (the next action will be from right to left);
Rolling cutting section:
A. The host chassis is made of square tube and 3MM carbon steel plate bent and welded together, and is internally reinforced. The frame is stable and not easily deformed;
B. The cutting power is driven by a 2.2KW motor paired with a 100 type reducer to drive a main drum with a diameter of 150mm and a length of 780mm, which is synchronously driven up and down through a worm gear connection;
C. The standard elevation of the equipment workbench is 750mm;
D. The bottom mold, cutting blade mold, and nylon board provided with the equipment need to be customized separately according to the actual product and arrangement of the customer;
